Whole wheat flour: Hi. Refined flour (white) flour is junk and should not be consumed. The whiter the bread, the sooner you're dead. Foods closer to nature are better. Whole grain flours are much more nutritious and also a good source of dietary fiber. So flour is not the bad guy...refined flour is the bad guy. Stick with whole grain, and less processed foods in general. Same for rice: brown, not white. Good luck!
