"Brain spasm" ?????: There's nothing in the practice of medicine or neurology called "brain spasm." That's sort of like saying "kidney spasm" or "oak tree spasm" or "water heater spasm." It doesn't exist. There is something called vasospasm that happens in brain arteries exposed to extravasated blood after subarachnoid hemorrhage, but it's not really spasm and it occurs in what you might call limited circumstances.
