Many possibilities: See the answer given for symptoms of a brain tumor in teenagers. I think it is always best to talk to your primary care doctor if your child has some specific symptoms or signs you are concerned may be related to a brain tumor. This is a very uncommon diagnosis in children--and though possible---should be approached by your child's physician.
