i am lightly spotting 3 days after unprotected sex + the day i was supposed to ovulate. is this too soon for implantation bleeding?

Yes: Implantation bleeding can occur about 10 to 14 days after conception. You are too early for that. But you could have spotting just as a result of ovulation and that would be normal.
