Time to visit GYN: I'm going to guess you want to know why you have this particular irritation in your external genital region. Many things come to mind, but the most obvious is the fact that blood itself is an irritant. If you use a soap to cleanse the area, that can cause dryness and irritation. Yeast vaginitis also causes this. The best way to sort this out is with a pelvic exam, a wet mount and culture. See GYN
