Erectile dysfunction: Inderal (propranolol) has been reported with the side effect of erectile dysfunction. There are many causes of ED however. A trial off inderal (propranolol) is the easiest way to evaluate whether it is contributing to the ED. If the ED remains off inderal (propranolol) then another cause needs to be sought.

Possible: Most beta Blockers may affect sexual performance, thats a common side effect. We have other choices for hypertension control like ARBs or ACEs which have much less side effects. Foe anxiety also there are other choices. Best is to discuss with your Doctor who knows you better. At the end of the day you have to decide what is more important for you.

?: Inderal (propranolol) CAN interfere with erections but if it hasn't for the last 2 years, there's no reason why it should have just started now. I suspect you may just have the normal variation all of us men have. Remember to go light on alcohol when performance is an issue - it's as bad or worse than Inderal (propranolol)!
