TSH is high: Hi. You could have early subclinical hypothyroidism. I'd repeat TSH, get free T4, and thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin autoantibodies. If the picture holds, you have early Hashimoto's. In that case, I wouldn't wait for it to get worse to treat it. Good luck! PS, I'm glad the biopsy was benign!
