Maybe: Women who have irregular periods can have irregular ovulation. Some women know when they ovulate, some never know. That's why the rhythm method is often unreliable. Always assume you are fertile if you have unprotected sex and if you want to avoid pregnancy and STDs use condoms. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
