How long does it take for dymista to start to really work? does it take a couple months or should i give up after a sample trial?

10 days: I wouldn't give up on the nasal spray. It can take up to 2 weeks for the medication to start to regulate and stabilize your nasal passages and reduce your allergy symptoms.
