Possible infection: The pain , burning urination and sick feeling suggest a significant infection, likely UTI (urinary tract infection). This infection can ascend from the bladder to the kidneys, so please see a doctor right away.

UTI.: Your symptoms could very well be due to a urinary tract infection, but the side pain and nausea are particularly worrisome for the infection tracking up to the kidney(s). I think you need to be seen by your doctor, or perhaps an urgent care for urinalysis and treatment. Please do so as soon as possible, as if this is an infection it could get worse. Best wishes!

Evaluation: While Cystex may help with symptoms, it will not cure a possible UTI. I would make sure your see your primary care doctor sooner rather than later, because if you let an infection go on too long, it's possible for it to enter your blood stream or ascend into your kidneys.
