It could but more: importantly it effects the rest of your body and your health far more. Safe drinking limits in women are no more than 7 drinks per week and your are at four times that, and no more than 3 drinks per occasion and you are exceeding that daily. If it is not already causing problems in your life, there is a very good chance that it will effect it soon, and drinking may escalate. See doctor/counselor.
