No...: If you have lice in you scalp, then you can blame them for being itchy. Lice only in the pubic area will not affect your scalp at all. You don't have to live with lice - treat today and you shouldn't have to worry about it any further. The treatments can be a bit harsh on the skin, but in a few days (if you happened to get skin irritation) that should resolve.
