Allergy, sinusitis?: These symptoms could be caused by allergy or sinus infection. Less likely acid reflux. If not improved after a week of saline sinus washes, decongestant nasal spray and steroid nasal spray, then I'd get medical exam.

See dr.: Make sure HIV negative and seek treatment for sinusitis, if present. You may need an antibiotic at this point.
