Find out your: ovulation time by the odk or feeling the ovulation for few months then chart the time. Have sex on all 5 days or in each one of this five days leading to ovulation. Good luck.

Even with irregular: Periods, it's possible to still get pregnant. But if you are not having your period at all, consider seeing your doctor. This will allow you to figure out what may be causing your lack of periods and make sure there isn't a readily correctable contributor to infertility. Remember you need to make sure you have a healthy weight, minimize stress, eat well, and sleep well.
