It depends: If you have good balance it's at least a way to remain active and being active is a great start. In the end, realize, that unless you are doing this for a prolonged time you are only going to get so much of a work out - as the pogostick does much of the work. Also the longer you do this, the concern I would have is that you are more likely to get fatigue and set yourself up for a fall.
