See a dermatologist: Most adult women with acne respond best to the antiandrogen pill SPIRONOLACTONE. It is a safe and inexpensive prescription. Do not use if pregnant or in kidney failure. Squeezing zits does not cause scars nor does it aggravate acne. We all do it.
