Not related: Hi. No, eating boiled spinach daily does not cause heavy bleeding in the urine. Blood in the urine needs to be evaluated; potential causes include kidney stones, infections, tumors, trauma, and other rarer causes. But don't blame the spinach. Good luck!

No: Raw spinach will do that as it contains an enzyme which causes kidney stones which can lead to bleeding. But boiling it will destroy this enzyme and as such will not cause bleeding. Get a check up immediately for this condition
