Nausea: If you are sexually active would check a urine/blood HCG. Other conditions that can cause nausea include reflux,gallbladder disease, diabetes, mild gastroeneteritis,possible thyroid disease, liver disease, less likely kidney disease. . At your age heart attack is unlikely unless you are extremely obese or use cocaine. Would seek medical attention with doctor /urgent care, this week

Find the cause: Before any treatment can be recommended the cause of the problem has to be identified. If this symptom, which is extremely ambiguous, is persisting you must see your doctor for a diagnosis.
