Depends.: Depends upon the underlying disease. 3 MI in a female before age 30 is pretty significant and suggests an inherited or fairly severe anatomic or physiologic issue. She will not live a long or normal life although with meds an implanted defibrillator and correction of the underlying disease she may go for many many years. You should probably be screened for early heart disease.
