Hmmm.: Sounds like he should see someone to be evaluated for the usual suspects. Could be anything at this point. urinary tract infection, STD, inflammatory urethritis, kidney stone, kidney disease, etc. Need to have better understanding of his symptoms and a good look at his urine and perhaps a few lab tests....
