Constipation: It most likely means that you are constipated. You have a very large hard stool that has caused some tearing if your rectum. You need to have more fiber and liquid in your diet. If this is a one time episode of bleeding then you likely don't need to worry but I recommend you get this checked by your doctor to make sure.
