Do americans get more cancer than other countries or immigrants?

Yes with some cancer: most cancers are derived from exposure to carcinogens and oncogenic viruses. In most foreign countries there is little exposure to carcinogens as in the States We have contracted many viruses from Europe. Following the Black Plague a mouse virus the MMTV virus appeared in France, traveled with ships to England and off to America and Australia. Here Br Ca, prostate Ca & lymphoma is the same.

Basically no: People will try to sell you ideas and "natural remedies" on the claim that our industrialized society is giving us cancer. Control for the fact that we live longer and the "benefit of living in a poor nation" disappears. Not being constantly pregnant / lactating increases breast cancer risk some. Stomach cancer & others are much more common in poor nations, and many cancers get missed there.
