Knee pain: You may have strained your knee from strenuous exercise. Hard to diagnose without seeing it. At your age, the growth plates in your knee are open; you may be experiencing a growth spurt. Also, your ligaments tend to be more stretchy, which is normal. Put ice in a plastic bag and apply to the knee for 15 minutes 3 times a day. Avoid strenuous exercise like soccer or gymnastics for a few days.
