Call your MD: Please notify your surgeon of your symptoms. You may have internal hemorrhaging and need to be seen urgently if the symptoms are new today.

Post hysterectomy: Depending on the type of closure of the top of the vagina after a vaginal hysterectomy, bleeding can continue after surgery, and not be visible, hence dizzyness. Your legs "four days after" a vaginal hysterectomy may have a numb sensation because of the positionduring the surgery. Have your blood count checked immediately by your surgeon, and do not delay.

Dizziness, numbness: see your doctor.Hard to say, if you had spinal anesthesia, a nerve may have been affected, resulting in the leg numbness. Dizziness could be the result of low blood pressure, anemia from blood loss, or a side effect of pain medication.
