Yes: No birth control is 100% effective. If you have signs of pregnancy you should buy a pregnancy test at the drugstore or see your gynecologist or family doctor.

Yes, you could: No form of birth control is 100 % effective and that includes depotprovera. A urine pregnancy test would show, and if the first test is negative, another one a week later should be positive if there is a pregnancy.
