Gender confusion?: I'm assuming you described yourself as a 20yo female in error as women don't usually have erectile dysfunction like men. In any case, erectile dysfunction in young men is usually due to stress & anxiety rather than any medical condition (unlike those associated w/middle age & beyond). Stress & anxiety can derive from performance anxiety, relationship status, academics, work, finances, etc.

Further eval needed: I agree that stress is the most likely factor causing erectile dysfunction in yourself. However, other factors can contribute as well. Smoking and drinking more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day or more in one day can also cause ED. If your symptoms do not improve in another 4 to 6 weeks, you should see a urologist to evaluate this as it is not normal in a 20 year old.
