Possibly: Classically a yeast infection causes a lot of itching and a cottage cheese like discharge. The can happen after treatment with antibiotics and are more common in diabetics, during pregnancy, and while on birth control pills. The over the counter yeast meds may take care of it. If not, see your doctor for testing since it could be a resistant yeast or another kind of infection. Good luck.
