Hard to say: An implanon is good for 3 years. Did you not have a period for 1 year after its' removal? If so, the uterine lining was growing a some rate for that time and, after the provera, (medroxyprogesterone) it should all bleed off. That can be heavy and can vary in lenght. You can start fertiaid at any point since it is an herbal preparation that has no hormones. It would be advisable to start prenatal vitamins now.
