Not really: Assuming you are referring to the canned beverage and not the slang term for a cough-syrup spiked drink used by club-goers, the answer in either case is probably not. The canned beverage is pure sugar (fructose from corn) plus added vitamins. You would be better off having a meal of whole foods or taking a multiple vitamin daily.

Nothing different: It's a vitamin soda. Your better off getting your B-vitamins from whole foods. Remember, the valerian root extract in the soda has been associated with liver failure. So be careful.
