Ginger: Ginger is one of the best anti-nauseants there is. You can eat fresh ginger, or obtain ginger capsules from a health food store. As a former military flight surgeon, I used to recommend ginger for flight students, prior to undergoing aerobatic (prone to induce nausea) maneuvers. They could not take air sickness medications because they would be grounded. Ginger should solve your problem.
