Air/gas: The sensation of something moving in the abdomen is usually due to movement of gas, especially in the large intestine. Passing gas should relieve it.

Gas: Gas can accumulate in stomach and intestine and feel like something is moving, Usually gas and normal peristalsis. GasX or Simethicone tablets should help.
