I have hadabdomen pain & diarrhea for 2weeks.isaw a gp who thought i had a viral infection.today i noticed short hair like fibres in my stools.

Stool exam: Your GP is probably quite correct. Without an exam have no way to determine what these fibers in your stool are, but unless you are having new or worsening symptoms would follow your doctor's orders and hopefully this will reverse itself soon. Best wishes.
