If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections & hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . GYN: irregular menstrual bleeding can be from multiple causes: see your GYN for a definitive exam. Have you had protected sex? Could you be pregnant? Last cycle?-I suggest you see a GYN this week.
