Apical lung dx: Hi, what was ur job? working in mine? Sand blaster? Glass worker? Smoking? What's ur race? Why a CT been done? Shortness of breath? Any rash anywhere? Joint pain? Well you need to see a pulmonary doctor for possible Bronchoscopy and biopsy.
