JHS & IBS: 20's female with hip region pain and abdominal gurgling and cramping might have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (JHS) with sacroiliac joint subluxation aroused by certain bio mechanical forces that are positional. Inherited loose ligaments of JHS are possible. JHS is highly associated with fibromyalgia and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
