Sorry to disappoint: Do not believe any of the fictitious claims for penile enlargement. Ultimate penile size is achieved by end of puberty. No herbal or hormonal treatments work. Operations to enlarge the penis do not work unless you have penile chordee (downard curve of penis) which needs correcting. Surgery dividing suspensory ligament of penis or fat injections can all harm ; do not work. Silicone implants suck.
