Lymphangitis?: Not sure what you mean by "engorged". If it's just a large vein but soft and nontender, nothing is wrong. If it's firm and red or tender, you may have sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis; google it for photos and more information. It's harmless and should clear up on its own over a few weeks. Best to see a doctor to confirm and advise, ideally a dermatologist or urologist. Good luck!
