No: Long answer...no. Please be very wary of ANY sources (usually self-serving, i.e., money involved) that purport to help you with your desire to increase muscle mass. A good personal trainer, good diet, and regular exercise of targeted muscle groups will help, but please be patient, and worry less about your body image. It's not worth the aggravation and potential for self-harm.

Doubtful: B12 supplementation might increase exercise effectiveness by improving carbohydrate utilization for energy, and thereby might make your workouts more energetic and effective, but I don't think B12 will directly improve your muscle mass.
