More true than false: Overweight and lack of exercise are the two biggest (non-genetic) risks. Sugar intake is going to correlate strongly with obesity and it's hard to separate that out. Chocolate, however, might actually PREVENT diabetes http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24000103
