Neuro. exam norml. having shaking, muscle twitch, paresthesia, panic atck triggered by anything that effects arousal level (exercise, alcohol, etc.).

I am confused: How can the neuro exam be normal with muscle shaking and muscle twitching and paresthesia? Many possiblities, but I suggest ruling out the presence of Lyme disease.
