Maybe antibiotics: Generally a UTI on its own does not cause bowel problems. It is advisable that you drink plenty of fluids. It may be the antibiotics that you are taking for your UTI that are bothering your bowel. Have your doctor recheck you. All the best.

Here are some ...: Common uncomplicated UTIs would not upset the stomach & bowels, but complicated one with fever, chill, and its related Rx with antibiotics and other drugs may affect GI tract function. As to what food & drink to suit you, no professionals can predict such for an individual like you since foods & drinks are open to all to pick and choose. So, your personal experience would be best advice for you.
