Most likely, yes: Palpitations occurs more frequently during pregnancy. Even more so if you are not getting adequate sleep or consuming caffeine. If you are not getting adequate sleep, you should. Also. if you are consuming caffeine you should decrease your intake. If you palpitations interferes with your daily activities your doctor should do an evaluation. a cardiac echo and holter monitor may be a good start.
