RA: You have rheumatoid arthritis. That location is typical for inflammation of the costo-chondral junctions (these are true joints where your ribs articulate with your sternum - breast bone). Poke your finger around and see if you can find a trigger point(s) - demonstrated by pain on compression. That's diagnostic. Was your cath normal?
