Gastroenteritis: The most common thing in your age group would be gastroenteritis caused by a virus (the "stomach flu"). Drink plenty of water and rest; the viral infection usually lasts 24-48 hours. If the pain gets worse or you start vomiting and become dehydrated you should see your doctor or an urgent care.
