My period isnt suppose to start until 3 days from now, but i am bleedin today. what could this mean? did i not concieve yet? im trying to get pregnant

Probably not: Just as some eggs take longer to develop, some develop faster so some cycles are naturally a little longer and some are a little shorter. If the bleeding is like a normal period you probably aren't pregnant. To be sure you can do a pregnancy test next week but it isn't likely to be positive. Take your prenatal vitamins and keep trying.
