What does it mean when you throw up suddenly out of the blue at the same time every morning? (patient is male, so not pregnant)

What else: What else is going on at that time? Is there something you are eatting, a smell, or a stressful situation at that same time. Keep a diary looking for triggers. If you have a partner who is pregnant, it can be sympathetic morning sickness. Some fathers get the symptoms of pregnancy even when the moms don't!

Need more info: Important questions are how long it has been happening, other associated symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, belching, changes in stool habits, etc. Has your weight been stable? Have you tried to treat your symptoms. Perhaps an appointment with your physician is in order.
