Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, high IgM can be due many causes, including cold agglutinin disease that may explain your anemia as well. Other issues to consider are B-cell lymphoma leukemia. Is the IgM monoclonal?
