No. Do not wash.: If you accidentally brush your teeth with it, DO NOT CALL ANYBODY. If you swallow a spoonful, DO NOT CALL POISON CONTROL or anybody else. No need to wash before OR AFTER use.

Depends how much on: If there is a layer of Aquaphor lotion that you can feel on your hands, then it is probably safer if you wash your wash your hands, if you plan to eat with them
