Take Tamiflu (oseltamivir).: If taken very early in the course of the illness tamiflu (oseltamivir) may improve your symptoms and make you feel better faster. Truly, influenza generally has to run its course. Best way to end it, is to get annual flu vaccines and engage in good hand washing/disease prevention strategy.
