Could be: Without an exam, it is difficult to answer your question. Hemorrhoids can appear as reddish/bluish bumps. The smell could be related to liquid stool seeping around the hemorrhoids. See your doctor/surgeon for an exam. You may be able to treat them conservatively, or you may need surgery to have them removed. An exam would be necessary to know the best treatment.
